IT’S MILLER TIME!!!!

After a week of waiting we have the final result from the Alaska US Senate race and we are very proud to announce that the winner of the nomination in a monumental upset is Joe miller!!!  After the first day of counting absentee ballots, Incumbent Lisa Murkowski has seen the writing on the wall and has officially conceded!

We would like to send Congratulations to the solid Conservative Patriot that Joe Miller.  He now moves on to face Democrat mayor of Sitka, Scott McAdams this November.

We are very proud to have been one of the very first national Conservative political organizations to endorse Joe Miller this past May.  Back then very few people thought that Joe had a chance against the powerful Incumbent Murkowski.  This primary victory is a testament to the positive Conservative message and grassroots effort from Joe’s team, a team that grew to include Sarah Palin, Alaska Right to Life, The Tea Party Express, and Governor Mike Huckabee among others.   Joe is going to stand for Freedom and will make a great Senator for Alaskans and for America!

Let’s move onward to Conservative victory this November for Joe and for America.  Please make a contribution to Joe’s moneybomb today!

GO JOE!!!

Introducing Our National Co-Chair & Exciting Announcement!

We’ve got some exciting and awesome news for everyone!  It is a very momentous day for our movement!  I am very proud to introduce someone I was recently introduced to earlier this year and we have spent countless hours on the phone and chatting.  She has a lot of experience and connections and she is completely on board with our platform and what we stand for.  Ladies & Gentlemen I introduce to you our new National Co-Chair, Melissa Ortiz!

Melissa is a native Georgian who grew up in Tennessee, Melissa became politically active at the age of 4 when she wrote then President Nixon a letter about the March of Dimes asking him for a contribution. She now lives in DC with her husband Tony, a native of New York City, & Dachshund Lucy. A co-organizer of the 912 March on DC, she managed a team of 400 volunteers and was affectionately known as the “volunteer in charge of volunteers.” Melissa has been active in disability advocacy work since childhood and served as Ms. Wheelchair New York 2005. She enjoys teaching people to advocate for themselves, disabled or not, and is a voracious reader in her spare time.

Not only are we thrilled to announce that Melissa is joining our team but there is even more exciting news.  Melissa has been invited to speak at the St. Louis 912 event in the shadow of the Gateway Arch!  She will be speaking on our behalf and introducing our movement and cause to tens of thousands of American patriots!

Welcome aboard Melissa.  Thanks for joining the team and your willingness to help  I look forward to much success as a team!

Nathan Deal, Can-Do Conservative Hero, For Georgia Governor!

Chairman Donegan embraces with Nathan Deal on Primary Election Night

As you can see by following THIS LINK, we have a long list of endorsed candidates all over the Nation.  These are all strong, solid Conservatives that we are proud to support.  However there are a few candidates that are a cut above the rest.  These are candidates that not only support our platform but they go above and beyond when it comes to advocating for us and our cause.  Earlier this year we  began honoring these extraordinary candidates with the special designation of CAN-DO CONSERVATIVE HERO!  We also honored Conservative Icon, Chuck Norris with the title while in Iowa a few months ago.

We are very proud bestow this same designation to our endorsed candidate for Governor of Georgia, former Congressman Nathan Deal!

Even before meeting Nathan Deal he was advocating for the disabled and our cause from the stump and in his Youtube videos.  For example, one of his Real Jobs Real People series was shot at The Bobby Dodd Institute:

Nathan Deal isn’t just pandering.  He has been personally touched.  His father was disabled in a farming accident while he was growing up in Southern Georgia.  Nathan watched his father struggle to overcome great challenges to become a successful college Professor.

Congressman Deal knows first hand the struggles and challenges we face on a daily basis in our lives.  He understands that the Government is being more of a hindrance than a help when it comes to overcoming our challenges to become contributing members of society and that we deserve a hand up through policy instead of Government hand outs that further tie us down to the Government ball-and-chain.

We are very honored to name Nathan Deal our next CAN-DO CONSERVATIVE HERO and to stand with him in his quest to become the next Governor of The Peach State!  We are also proud to have Nathan as a supporter and to know he will be a standard-bearer for our cause as Georgia’s next Governor.

We feel the choice is clear for Georgia Republicans.  Nathan Deal is the REAL Conservative choice for Governor.  He’s the most intelligent about the issues and problems our state faces and the implications on a local, state, and a national level.  However he is wise enough not to use his intelligence as a sledgehammer and explains everything in layman’s terms.   He was the first candidate for Governor to call for an Arizona-style Immigration law and has pledged to protect our 10th Amendment rights as a State.  Nathan Deal is also the only candidate that supports a Human Life (or Personhood) Amendment to the state Constitution.

Nathan Deal is THE REAL DEAL!!  We urge all Georgia Republicans to vote for Nathan Deal in the runoff on Tuesday, August 10th.  Next week you can even go to your local elections office and vote early.  When you do go and vote, please don’t go alone.  Bring your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to vote for Nathan too!

We Stand With Arizona!

As of today, the Arizona Immigration Law has taken effect. Also as of today, the federal government has taken that law and torn the heart and soul of it to shreds, declaring most of it unconstitutional. We would like to make one thing abundantly clear today, and that is this: We stand with Arizona!

Every disabled American should stand with the Arizona immigration law  Why?   It’s because under our current laws, illegal immigrants go straight to the front of the line when applying for jobs because they are cheap labor. At the same time, disabled Americans are forced to wait in longer lines, jump through more hoops than the average worker, and usually end up without a job.  There are handicapped people in this country that would like to work and with the proper training could do the jobs Illegals, or even Guest Workers are doing now on the cheap.  Why hire American citizens for minimum wage when illegals can be hired as cheap labor?

This isn’t just a job problem.  At present when someone who is disabled seeks assistance from the Government, we can wait in line for months and years at a time.  However, with the right forged documents, people who are here illegally can get Social Security, Medicaid, welfare, and food stamps almost instantly.  This is putting a major cramp in local, state, and Federal budgets.  Emergency Rooms are being flooded and crime continues to rise.

We’ve got a huge problem on our hands and it has been a problem the Feds have refused to solve properly to this point (Amnesty is not an acceptable solution!).  So it has been left up to the States and if the Feds won’t do it that’s the way it needs to be handled.  That is what Arizona has done and other states are taking the reins too.  And now the Feds come back and tell the problem-solvers they can’t do that?  WHAT IN THE WIDE WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS IS A-GOIN’ ON HERE?!?!

Americans believe in equal opportunity for its citizens, and this law helps disabled Americans take another step toward achieving that goal.  Americans also believe in the rule of law.  We don’t hate people for wanting to come to this great Nation of ours.  One of the greatest things about our Nation is the “American Melting Pot.”  Just follow the law and get in line to become an American citizen.  Follow the law.  That’s all we ask!

The federal government has proven yet again that it will stand with illegal immigrants before it will stand with the people of its own nation. It’s time that we enforced the rule of law in this nation, and the first step to do that is to secure the border.  At present we have no idea who is coming across the border.  Terrorists and their weapons could also be sneaking through.  It’s time to build that fence and if the Feds won’t do it, it’s time for private industry to get it done with American labor and American materials.  I am sure we could get it done within months instead of not getting it done due to the political dragging of feet.

Once we secure the borders, we can build a better and stronger nation. The Arizona law is crucial to securing the border and we must fight to see this law stand. We must also reform the immigration process so that it’s more modern and more efficient.

It’s also time to throw out our current tax code, along with the 16th Amendment.  It’s time for The FairTax.  One of the great things about the FairTax is the prebate that will be issued to every legal American Citizen, to untax them for the essentials up to the poverty level.  Illegals will finally have to pay taxes and will not get the prebate at all.  If that’s not persuasion enough to get in line to become legal citizens we don’t know what is!

Finally, if they will not follow the law, we need to send these illegal immigrants back to the country where they came from.

It’s a national security issue, it’s an economic issue, and it’s a national identity issue. If you are a true American that cares about this nation, you will join us in standing with Arizona too.  It’s time for solutions NOW!!  The Democrats want votes, Republicans want cheap labor.  We’re getting nowhere and it is time to stand up and say “NO!!!”  We must say “NO!” to Amnesty, “NO!!” to unsolved problems, and “YES!!” to solutions like the Arizona law!

Scott Pruitt For Attorney General of Oklahoma!

One of the most important positions in a state (and overlooked too) is the office of Attorney General.  That office has never been as important as it is today while the Federal Government continues to overreach its Constitutional boundaries.  It is up to the Attorney Generals of the United States to fill the gap and hold up a stop sign.  That’s why we need strong Constitutional Conservatives to fill the offices of Attorney General from sea to shining sea.  Scott Pruitt is the right leader for that job in The Sooner State!

I couldn’t have been prouder to travel through Oklahoma with Scott last Saturday to publicly endorse him.  I count it as one of the highlights of my travels around the country.  Scott’s the real deal.  There is no one that can say that he is anything but a Christian Constitutional Conservative.  He’s faith is a solid as a rock (his car did not move 50 feet before we stopped to pray at the first traffic light we stopped at.)  Over the next 9 hours we talked about faith, politics, his platform, and Baseball (he owns the Oklahoma City Red Hawks).

Scott is the most impressive candidate for Attorney General in the Nation.  Not only is he committed to joining the class-action lawsuit against Obamacare and fight for an Immigration law like Arizona’s, he wants to take this fight to the very next level.  As Oklahoma’s next Attorney general, Scott Pruitt plans to establish a Unit of Federalism.  The purpose of the Unit is to stand in the gap and fight tooth and nail with the Federal Government on every encroachment of Oklahoma’s states rights and our freedom.  That includes, Healthcare, Immigration, gun rights, property rights, education, Pro-life, and much more.  To our knowledge there is no other Attorney General candidate willing to take this on.

That is why it is imperative that Oklahoma Republicans nominate Scott Pruitt for Attorney General on July 27th and all Sooners elect him on November 2.  That is why we are proud to stand with Governor Mike Huckabee in endorsing Scott.  Oklahoma needs Scott as AG and so does the rest of the Nation!  We need his strong leadership to be a shining example to the rest of the Nation in how we protect our God-given rights, our freedom, and our Liberty. The choice for Sooners is clear!  Scott Pruitt is the leader we all need!
